Libro Firma Pro is a solution for implementing efficient authorization processes, allowing the managers involved in the processes to receive, read, approve/sign or reject a document on the move.The Secretary, can create an “envelope” containing documents and activate a signing process. The envelope may be composed of one or more documents, on each one of which multiple managers can perform different actions (view, initial, sign etc.).
The signing process of the document is designed to be simple and quick, quite similar to reading a paper document prepared for signing.
Leafing through the document, any action required to the recipient is highlighted with a colored “stamp” icon including the name of the signee, with the instruction “Press to sign”.
By selecting (tapping on) this icon, the user confirms his wish to sign at that point in the document.Signatures can be collected in a single session, or at different times in the order the user prefers: the application keeps track of what has been done and allows the manager to position itself on the actions still to be made.
Libro Firma Pro supports both internal certificates (weak digital signature) and digital signature procedures of an accredited Certification Authority, as InfoCert (particularly remote signature procedures intended for use on tablets and smartphones, which provide for the use of One Time Password).
The signed documents will be immediately available to the Secretary who requested the signing process who may use them and store them.
